GFi recently released the sixth version of its popular email archiving tool, MailArchiver for Exchange. The new version bringfs with the ability to pause and resume indexing jobs, the ability to download mail attachments as EML or MSG formats, a new Outlook connector making it easier to locate emails, and finally better internationalization support.

GFi is currently offering 50% off version upgrades through December 2008. The software can assist with Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and other regulatory issues. We will be doing an upgrade on our server in the new feature and take screen shots of the set up. Here are copy shots from the GFi site.
